One order,
one path: from request to box.
Orders, per-piece personalisation, production planning, warehouse and billing on one platform. No spreadsheets between the office and the factory.
30 days · no card · nothing to install
One path, not seven programs.
The order that comes in is the one the floor produces, the warehouse ships and billing charges for. No transcription between systems, which is where most mistakes come from.
Items, packs and each piece's personalisation. It arrives from the office, from the club store, or by file import.
Line by line, what gets made and what already sits in the warehouse. Nothing already made is made twice.
Planning against real capacity, and a board the floor can read.
What is ready to leave, with a packing list and a destination: the club address or the buyer address.
Payment notes over what was delivered, and receipts on top of them.
The name and number are typed once.
Whoever orders writes the personalisation piece by piece: name, number, whatever the item accepts. It travels with the line all the way to the production sheet the floor gets on paper, without being retyped at any point.
- A pack is sold as a whole and produced piece by piece
- Different sizes inside the same pack
- Spreadsheet imports, with or without the AI importer
Stock is not a number, it is a history.
Every entry and every exit is recorded with date, item, size and position. The balance is the sum of those movements, which makes the inventory at any past date available with the correct answer.
- Locations and positions, with put-away as a transfer
- Free stock and stock assigned to an order
- Inventory export at any date
A store for every club.
Each club gets its own address where members buy and personalise. The buyer picks the item, the size and the personalisation, pays or not depending on the arrangement with the club, and the order reaches the platform already specified.
- Each club's colours and logo
- Per-club prices, different from the base price
- Ship to the club or straight to the buyer
The cost of retyping the same information.
An order of 18 personalised shirts, each with a name and a number. The measure is not hours, which nobody records, but fields typed by hand.
The club sheet, the supplier file, the production sheet, the label. The same 36 fields, four times, and every transcription is a chance of error.
The club types them once, in its own store or in the file that gets imported. From there to the label they are not retyped.
The club checks the state of its order when it needs to. It stops being an email.
18 shirts × 2 fields (name and number) × 4 transcriptions. With three transcriptions instead of four, it is 108 rather than 144. The figure depends on each company process.
Seven modules, one path.

Stock by position. Today's balance and the one from three weeks ago come from the same sum.
Members buy and personalise. The order arrives already specified.
The AI importer reads the club list and proposes the order.
Every club sends its own spreadsheet, and no two are alike: some put the number before the name, some keep the size in a separate column, some fit three teams on one sheet. The importer reads the file in the format it arrived in and proposes the order specified, line by line.
The proposal is presented for confirmation, item by item, before it is saved as an order.
It is a platform, not software you install.
It opens in a browser, on any machine in the factory. No workstation setup.
Daily, on our side. Not a folder on a local machine.
New features become available at no extra cost and with no downtime.
Export to CSV, XML or JSON at any time.
Frequently asked questions.
Does the current system have to be replaced straight away?
No. The trial runs alongside what is already in place: one real order goes through, is followed to shipping and compared. The decision comes after that.
Do items and customers have to be typed in by hand?
No. They import from a file. If a spreadsheet with each one's format already exists, that is what we load together in the first week.
Does it work for production other than sportswear?
The platform was built for custom made-to-order production. A name and number on a shirt is the case we know best. For products with similar characteristics, we recommend getting in touch first.
How many people can use it?
It depends on the plan. Users above the included ones are billed separately and never blocked.
Where does the data live?
On servers in the European Union, with a daily backup. Each company has its own database, separate from the others.
Trial it with real orders.
Thirty days with the whole platform, no card. A company name and a contact are enough.
